I'm part of a business looking to move into Seller Central due to Amazon not accepting reasonable price increases.
Could someone advise if there is any VAT applied to the Referral and other fees charged by Amazon.

Not sure what the first sentence means - perhaps you're a Vendor and looking to sell direct yourself?
