i never received this item and amzon saftey team is saying i received but its received the the amazon warehouse delivered by emirates post and the person who received in amazon warehouse his name is john and his staff id is Dock104 Amazon as i contacted with emirates post for my item they provided my the proff of document which clearly stated that amazon received my product and saftey team is still keep on denning my case its over 2 month and the internal team still didn't provide me any detail of my product as its expensive item and nor i got any refund

Yes, the same thing happened to me. A customer returned a shipment using Emirates Post, and the Amazon SAFE-T team told me it was successfully delivered to me. However, when I contacted Emirates Post, they informed me that the item was delivered to an Amazon warehouse—not to my location.
This issue is still under process with our Amazon account manager
