Over 30 appeals and my account is still suspended for 6 month's because of another seller
So it's been over 6 months now since my account has been suspended. I've spoken to at least 50 different people on Amazon about my account and appealed over 30 different times. The original story I received was that another seller edited a listing for a choking device and put the words marijuana in the description because apparently some people must use this with weed. Anyhow I got a violation for this being a restricted product in my account was suspended with all my inventory being sent back to me and my balance being withheld. Eventually my balance went from $2,000 to - $400 and I had to pay because of all of the inventory that was sent back to me one by one. The problem I'm facing is that each person that I speak to tells me something different and none of them have an actual answer for what I can do to have my account reinstated. Have provided photos of my actual items as well as screenshots to show that the exact same product is being sold on Amazon right now under at least 50 different acins. There's different brands and sellers selling the exact same product so I included that in my appeal. Also sent screenshots of the listing detail page when I had listed the product to show that when I listed it the word marijuana was not in the description at all. Not to mention that Amazon can check to see who was the person who edited the listing to change it so I really don't know why I'm suspended when they can just check who edited it. Also how am I supposed to check everyday all of my listings to make sure someone else doesn't edit them and get my account suspended again. This is completely unfair and should be a wake up call to other sellers to realize that Amazon at any point can suspend your account and completely ruin your business based on something that is completely out of your control. I've now gone over 6 months with no income from Amazon and left with all of my inventory doing absolutely nothing that had purchased specifically to sell on Amazon. Since Amazon has not provided me with any resolution or proper information as to why my account was actually suspended and what I can do I'm considering going forward with suing them for lost income as well as all the shipping fees for the products that were sent back to me. I find this entire situation ridiculously frustrating and the fact that they can't even give me a straight answer and all of the reviews of my appeals seem to be a computer-generated answer and no one is actually reading anything. If anyone has any help they can provide me for what I'm supposed to do please let me know.

Hello @Seller_QFZj46JvKEyrC
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues that have occurred with your account. I understand that there are concerns over your product being restricted on the platform. I know this can be frustrating when there is minimal information available on the concern, so I do want to attempt to provide more insight to better assist you.
Generally, when there is a restricted product as the cause of the disruption, it will require providing an explanation that shows that the product and the listing are both compliant with our policies. You mention having provided photos, what type of supporting details have you provided alongside these images? We would advise against providing any information in the submission regarding the product being available on other listings as our team will not consider this to be valid. They will be looking to see that your product is compliant and that you have an understanding for how this situation occurred.
If our team reviews your information and determines that it is not sufficient or the product is not compliant, they will be obligated to take a rejection. We cannot guarantee a resolution for these concerns if they are unable to properly validate your details. However, we do encourage you to continue to refer to this thread with the information and updates that you have so we may continue to provide guidance.
Best,
Atlas
