Amazon Shipping Service Issue
We use Amazon Shipping Service for our delivery. We have received back almost 40 parcels in last few days. I checked those parcel shipping history and all of them showing Customer refuse to accept the delivery. It is understandable if one or two but around 40 parcels. On the other hand customer also contacting us about the delivery. However we have contacted with Amazon Shipping service but unfortunately didn't give us any obvious reason just system error. Is there any one facing this issue as well ?? Thanks

I have no answer really as do not use Amazon shipping, but so many parcels is ridiculous. Sounds as though there is some major glitch, or the drivers are not actually even attempting to deliver, and putting in a false reason, especially as the customers are contacting you to query their delivery. Never seen this mentioned on the forum before.

From what I recall, Amazon Shipping allows Prime customers to cancel their orders while they’re in transit, so this issue could be related to that for SFP orders

Yes we had the same problem we sent 230 orders on June the 4th and 76 orders have been returned as customer rejected. Been on the phone to Amazon continuously trying to resolve this.
It only seemed to be a problem with the items that were in padded envelopes or bags, not the orders which were in boxes.
Are you based in london also?
