My account is blocked - please help to understand how to reinstate it.

Hello, my account was blocked. After registering my account, I was inactive for some time, which may have been perceived by Amazon as a sign that I didn't care about this account. But I was busy preparing documents to continue my business. The fact that I was inactive does not mean that my business is not important. We wrote an appeal to Amazon with all the necessary documents, but Amazon refused to unblock the account, saying that there was not enough information.

The documents I provided:

1. A contract with the factory outlining the key terms of our collaboration, alongside pertinent company and factory particulars.

2. Screenshots depicting the transaction records via Alibaba, validating the completion of payment.

3. Invoice showing all the ordered and paid goods.

4. Firm Name Registration for a General Partnership.

Please help me understand how to reinstate my account, thank you

If this was a concern of authenticity or the products listed, are you selling your own brand, or generic products? Otherwise have you verified with the brand that this is an authorized distributor? Does your supplier have proof of their authorization if requested? Does your invoices meet our responsible sourcing requirements, along with your supplier meeting our supply chain standards?

As you also mention providing some verification documents, we will typically require a valid utility bill dated in the last 90-days from some type of utility or service such as water, gas, electric, or internet as an example. So you are aware rental agreements do not work in most situations unless specifically requested. You can take a look at our seller identity verification for more information on these documents and their requirements.

Yes, we have confirmation from the brand that we are an authorized distributor. Yes, the supplier has proof of authorization on request. Yes, all invoices comply with responsible sourcing requirements and the supplier meets supply chain standards

Regarding this notice, I followed up with the appropriate review teams who confirmed at this time the account will remain deactivated. They have not provided any additional information but mentioned the account is not eligible for reactivation. As noted if eligible you can request funds by emailing the disbursement team, however if there are concerns with the mentioned activity funds will remain held per our funds withholding policy.
