Seller is getting strike-through FBM feedback removal. How?
I came across a seller that is getting their FBM negative feedback struck-through even though almost all of them are complaints about the seller never fulfilling their orders. They are struck-through with "Message from Amazon: The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller". How is not sending out an order not an issue associated with the seller? And how is this seller doing this?

Buy Shipping protects against claims/feedback related to shipment.

As @Seller_wnc1pjYEF5ZqFsaid, if you use Amazon Buy Shipping, this is a protection that is offered to any FBM seller.

Some how I get the feeling if this were any of our metrics we would have gotten our account shut down already

""Amazon only removes feedback in the following cases:
The feedback includes obscene language.
The feedback includes seller-specific personally identifiable information.
The entire feedback comment is a product review.
Strike through feedback if it is regarding fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon.
Did the feedback you received meet any of the criteria above?
No Yes""

As others have said, this is a feature for sellers that use Amazon's buy shipping for the labels
"Negative Customer Feedback: If you ship on time with tracking via Buy Shipping, and the buyer leaves seller feedback solely related to delayed or undelivered packages, you can request to have the feedback reviewed......
However, sellers don't really need to request that it be reviewed because most of the strikethroughs are done automatically - a bot decides if it qualifies for strikethroughs or not.
As we all well know, Amazon's bots are not so bright - and in fact are really really stupid most of the time. So that is how actual feedback gets a strikethrough.
One of my competitors has 51% posititve feedback and that's with a whole lot of strikethroughs that shouldn't have been. I can definitely empathize with your annoyance/frustration/anger at the unfairness of this. Best wishes to you!
Edit: I hadn't actually read the feedback comments until after I wrote this. It looks to me like all of those ARE delivery related, so they are valid strikethoughs. My competitor gets a bunch of strikethroughs for comments that are not delivery related at all. Because Amazon bots are stupid!

If the complaint is that item was not received and Amazon struck through the Feedback then it was to be Fulfilled By Amazon FBA and Amazon delivery appears to be the issue.
What annoys me is that FBA sellers are having feeback struck through when the Used product is missing accessories, or does not work, which is the seller's fault of poor condition of Used products. How can Amazon accept fault for this?

Looks like most everything they sell shows 2-8 weeks delivery. Probably someone doing RA.
BTW - I'd die of confusion if I had even 1/10th of the tabs open that you do.

I have seen this in quite a few cases, so it is not unusual in my experience. And no matter how many individual feedback comments I read through in those instances, it just doesn't make sense.
Which just bolsters my opinion that it's who you know at Amazon.
Which will do absolutely nothing. I can't say for sure, but that might explain some of the down votes you've received.

Incorrect. Its a bug for MF orders with their AI reviewing things.
