Title Change

How many support tickets do I have to create to get a simple title change?

In my last interaction, I literally had a chat with one of your reps and he assured me that the title was updated. After providing him literally all the ASINS. I'm only selling one product.

What is going on here?

Titles simply can't be changed. Sometimes it's possible to add an insignificant word and to remove one, but that's a question of luck.

If you want to sell another or improved product you have to take a new UPC from GS1 and create a new listing.
