VTR just dropped to 70% after months of it being 100% (FBM)
Hello I woke up this morning to see a nice email saying my VTR is below 95% and is currently 72%. We were also taken off the premium service/no longer eligible.
We use Royal Mail 48 and 24 via 2nd class large letters. All via AMAZON BUY SHIPPING as well. This is no longer accepted? what on earth...?
Tracked options are too expensive for low value items.
I guess our Amazon business is over?

I got the same problem this morning, I also noticed that Royal Mail Track and Trace website is not tracking anything, perhaps that related to the Royal Mail issue ?

I have the same issue I woke up to multiple emails stating my VTR has dropped from 100% to 75%. I have purchased all my labels through Amazon Buy Shipping.
