Disbursements not yet "Acknowledged by bank"
Hey guys hope your all well
Just seen the Payments Dashboard has had a bit of a makeover over the past couple of days.
Under the disbursements tab there is 3 stages ( Processing initiated, Sent to bank & Acknowledged by bank ) All recent payments seem to be stuck on stage 2 "Sent to bank" with no tick yet on stage 3.
Is anyone else having this problem?
I understand to get to stage 3 it usually takes 1-2 days but some have been 5 days

Yes, my payment from Sunday is still stuck on stage 2.
