Compliance Requirements for Kids Toys

I have submitted the test report, but I was rejected, the reason is: test report is missing or invalid.

it said my test report is not from a ISO17025 lab.

it is odd since I can check the lab choosen is definatelly comply with ISO17025 experimental standards.

anyone meet this trouble? is there a solution?

Hello @Seller_K2D7fZna85sjc,

Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.

I understand you have doubts regarding the Compliance Requirements for Kids toys. When performing my investigation, I found two cases related to this topic:

  1. Case ending in 5101 which says your application is approved.
  2. Case ending in 4481 which you re-opened 5 days ago after the Amazon team responded to you 17 days ago indicating what is missing.

Since this type of scenarios is evaluated diligently based on the documents provided and on each ASIN you apply for, the recommendation we have is to follow what is indicated in the response provided by Amazon, as you did in the first case.

Please find below the resources shared by the team as a reference:

  1. For CA: Amazon Global Selling – Compliance Solutions Providers in Canada
  2. For information on our compliance requirements and details on how to submit the documents, see our help page.
  3. For information on our compliance requirements and details on how to submit the documents, see our help page

Lastly, since you are already working along with Amazon in the second case mentioned above, please continue following up that case.

Sincerely, Jurgen
