The buyer claimed non-delivery, but according to the tracking number MYVM2H1K9Q, the package was delivered on 03.25.2025 by CanadaPost, and we have confirmation from the carrier.
This feedback is misleading and damaging to our account health despite our fulfillment responsibilities being met.
