Evri adjustments
Hello guys today I have checked my transactional view and noticed evri has adjusted our shipping for a total of £2.5k,
I have seen about a month ago the same issue had Happened to multiple sellers and from what I can see The Problem was resolved for most, I have Contacted Both SS and our Evri account Manager but I am still waiting for a reply,
If anyone Previously Had the same issue and now it is resolved could you please share some guidance, That would be greatly Appreciated.

Please continue working with the Support team through your open case as they will investigate and address the Evri shipping adjustment. Once your case is resolved, feel free to come back and share your case ID if you need additional assistance.
