VTR & Click & Drop. CRL48?

We are having issues getting our VTR to a decent level. We use a system integrated with Click and Drop

We recently enabled CRL48 within click and drop

  • However the VTR info page says will need to enter number above 2D Barcode, does this happened automatically?
  • Or do we need to Enable TR48?
  • Additionally any of these options compatible with Letters?

For letters, you have to use Amazon Buy Shipping.

For large letters and parcels, you're fine to use CRL24/48, just make sure you'd ticked the box so Click and Drop will automatically confirm dispatch with Amazon and will provide the tracking information.

Doing that will leave your VTR somewhere between 75 and 90% due to some of the labels not receiving delivery scans, but Amazon will verify the parcel IDs behind the scenes so you won't have your categories suspended.

You will still receive notifications about you VTR being lower than 95% but Amazon's instructions are to ignore those messages so long as you're following the policy.

I'm realising that I should clarify. If you're comfortable shipping your letter sized post as Large Letters, then you can do that through click and drop.

You only have to use Buy Shipping for them if you're sending them AS letters.
