Account Deactivated
My account has been deactivated and my appeal has been denied. The account was deactivated due to a product that was deemed to go against amazons restricted product policies. I proceeded to acknowledge the violation and remove the product from my catalog, deleting the ASIN entirely. 2 weeks later I get an email from amazon stating my account has been deactivated for selling restricted products?? Please help!

By acknowledging the violation, you admitted fault to selling restricted products. So they deactivated you.

You would have to follow the instructions in the performance notification you received and provide Amazon the information they are looking for

Post the notice from Amazon for advice.

Below is the original notice from amazon before I submitted my appeal two days later. The product stated here has been completely removed as soon as the listing was shown as violating a policy.

While that's good, it doesn't resolve the violation.
So you listed a "Restricted Product." Amazon has gone cold on suspensions of late with their new "check box" style, which leaves no way to admit to a mistake, show it was addressed and then show how it won't happen again.
That you were selling Mags has probably doomed your account.

My most recent appeal to this issue was denied within 5 hours of submission. The first time it took an entire month.
