How to prep, label and send products into FBA for individual packed boxes

Hi all, New Amazon UK seller here. I have one product in two sizes and 4 colours, can someone please advise/confirm my approach to shipping them off to Amazon.

Box1: Each compartment has 20 small sized products, clearly labelled with the FNSKU and quantities for that compartment, the individual product boxes within each will be labelled with the EAN barcode that corresponds to the FNSKU for the colour variant but not the actual FNSKU.

Box2: Each compartment has 20 medium sized products, clearly labelled with the FNSKU and quantities for that compartment, the individual product boxes within each will be labelled with the EAN barcode that corresponds to the FNSKU for the colour variant but not the actual FNSKU.

I know I will need to select individual packed box on the shipping plan, those stickers will go onto the large outer boxes accordingly.

Thanks for taking the time to read my query.

is this for small and light or standard FBA ?

if its small and light and you have more than 1 sku per box, ie the 4 different colours - you need to bundle together all the items that are the same SKU into a clear bag and put the FNSKU label on the outside of the bag and write the quantity on

when creating your shipment, you will say that there is more than 1 sku per box and

If its standard fba and you’ve specified to use the amazon barcode rather than the manufacturer barcode you’ll need to cover up all barcodes that don’t need to be scanned. I don’t do variations so not totally sure on them but any barcode will be scanned. If each colour has a different fnsku would you not want to label each one just to be certain?

If it’s small and light ignore this and go with the advice above
