You can try going into your personal settings and changing the used name and logo photo. It may work, or a Bot may thing your account is being hacked and shut it down until a resolution with a human can be reached.

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I could be of assistance. This thread was created by another community manager recently that goes over the steps of changing your store name. They are:

  1. Go to Seller Central.
  2. Click on Settings in the top right corner.
  3. Click on Account Info.
  4. Click on Business Information.
  5. Click on Display Name.
  6. Click on Edit in the top right corner of the Store Details box.
  7. Edit your store name.
  8. Click the yellow Submit button.
