Lightning Deal on 10 year old account ERROR

I have an old account (10+ years) that is grandfathered into and qualifies for daily disbursements.

If I have a lightning deal and if any of the variants are out of stock, I ship them from my warehouse.

******* I am getting this error-*************Your disbursement reserve policy must be set to 7 days or more after delivery. This isn't possible with a daily disbursement account.

I have been on the phone for HOURS and NO one has been able to figure it out.

THIS IS A *DEAL* ISSUE-NOT A PAYMENT ISSUE.

Mods, I cannot be the only person experiencing this!!

I got to leadership and then a canned response to change my disbursement. I am now speaking with someone that recognizes its a DEAL issue and not an account issue. I need this escalted.

Amazon Seller Support is so worthless, that if they relieve all of them, it will not make any difference in the derelict support we are getting from them.
