I plan on getting a Wyoming LLC and putting it as the legal entity inside of my seller account.
I have a Florida LLC that will be the registered agent for this LLC.
Does anyone know how the invoicing would work with Amazon if the Wyoming LLC was the legal entity in Amazon, but invoices I had were under the Florida LLC?
Would they accept reimbursements, ungates, and account health related invoices?

So why are you changing anything? If you do open a new LLC, they better not be related in any way, because Amazon will close both of them down as related to each other.
