Two Step authentic

HI, I use two step authentication. I have recently changed my phone number as I have no access to my old number, I cannot get my number changed to receive the code to my new number. Anyone know off a way around this?

I understand you cannot get the OTP code because you have changed your number. Have you tried contacting Amazon seller support {Moderator Edit (Jessica) phone number removed} or www.amazon.co.uk/contactus

Thanks for your post.

In order to have your 2 step verification reset you will need to access the following page and login when you open the link in step 1: Recover Your Account after Two-Step Verification Fails

For security purposes it is not possible for anyone in Seller Support or Customer Services to reset the information on your account without following the process of uploading the requested information.
When you provide the requested information the team will review your account and you will receive an update within 1-2 days.
