Account Deactivated due to Multiple Account Violation

Hello if anyone can help please?

As seen many similar inquiries, I was informed by Amazon that I have multiple account in my same home address, which I don't have. I couldn't find the answer how to solve this issue in the forum so I'm writing.

  1. What proof of document should I prepare to prove that I only have one account?
  2. How to attach the file? (Word, scanned jpg file, etc in the appeal page?)
  3. Should I remove all 'Global accounts' options, and just keep one home country, which is UK? I currently made all those Global account setting as 'holiday'. I'm not sure this helps.

I'm really puzzles. And I wish it can be sorted soon.

It has been understood that you need help on the account reactivation which has been linked to another selling account.

Did you register any global selling account in any other regions? If yes, kindly reactivate your global selling account.

Unfortunately, you wouldn’t be able to close or delete the other accountS until you resolve the account violations.
