Wrong Bank "Account Holders Name"
hi , when i sign up at amazon i entered all the required info and amazon aproved it , im an individual from a foreign country selling with my familiy bank account from US, after some months amazon requested to resubmit the documentation the problem lies here :
in the Deposit Methods page the "Account Holder Name" i put my mothers name since its her account (this is what i did upon registration)
when going on the "Verify Deposit Method" page (its shows my moms name there wich is ok) , but after clicking the verify section, in "select bank account owner" it only shows the option for my name (incorrectly) and i cant change it . i might messed up some adress but cant see anything different that i did before
The verification bullet list entry that states "The bank account owner matches the name on the document." is therefore going to be wrong when verifying with a bank statement.
I don't know how to correct the "Account Holder Name" assigned to that bank account.
Has anyone else had this problem when trying to verify a deposit account?
Regards.
my Acc is in critical condition after some days of trying to resolve it
PS : having a trip next month to US so im going to open my own account.

The concern with the situation is your bank account information is required to match your account owner name. Due to the conflict in names the information is being rejected. You will need to provide a bank account in the account owners name.

As this is a critical issue the account is at risk of deactivation. if the account is deactivated, creating a new account will result in the violation of our multiple accounts policy as mentioned in our code of conduct policy page resulting in all stores being closed until the original issue is resolved.
