Auto-rejecting updated supplement facts
Dear Seller Support,
Myself and many sellers are having our listing being taken down after a only 4 day grace period because of a sudden shift in labeling policy according to " 21 CFR 101.36 and/or USP <565> Botanical Extracts."
We have updated the listing to reflect the new labeling requirement and sent live pictures as well.
The appeal team seems to be auto-rejecting these corrections without any explanation, just copy and pasting the policy again.
Can you please consult with the higher levels of management to give us a more clear picture of what needs to be done? Do we need to show proof the entire inventory being removed in a removal order? What is triggering appeals to be auto-rejected?

OP: "What is triggering appeals to be auto-rejected?"
This is the way Amazon tells sellers that you are not going to be selling that product on the site. They ask for new documentation that is only needed to sell on the Amazon site. You can sell the product as is right down the street in a Health Dtore with no change, just not on Amazon.
Most likely, Amazon never expects sellers will take any action to comply with the new request and simply stop selling it on the site. If they do supply the change/documentation, the product is just help in limbo as you are finding out.
If you are able to have the product returned, consider that a lucky option.
OP: "...please consult with the higher levels of management to give us a more clear picture of what needs to be done?"
But that is where the decision came from in the first place.

I have communicated with our review teams on your mentioned rejections. Understanding how receiving generic messages is not very helpful and additionally created more cause for concern, we have looked further into your situation.
I have been advised on the following ASIN being of concern and what I was able to identify as a potential concern. Please also bare in mind I may have limited visibility to some information.
ASIN: B0B9ZS7T45
Potential concern: The use of 4000mg that is not referenced in your product images, ingredient list. This is shown in a series of fields on the listing that will prevent it from meeting compliance. A few examples of where this is found: Short item name, Item description. When reviewing item description, please review any enhanced brand content to ensure all fields have been updated.
ASIN: B01GHOXE1Y
Potential concern: Mentioned of 5000mcg gummies and that the supplement facts in the images is very difficult to read and verify the total quantity.
After reviewing both ASIN, it would appear that we cannot verify the total quantity of ingredients and that they actually meet FDA labeling requirements. I would advise fully reviewing all aspects of the listing, and product ingredients to ensure everything 100% transparent on exact quantities. The detail page and label must match.
Once you've updated your listings and images, you will need to reach back out through the account health page to advise on action taken in a small explanation, along with images of all 6 sides of your products including front, back, left, right, top, bottom. These should also be the same images updated to the detail page prior to appealing. Once we received your appeal, we will review the ASIN for compliance and verifying that the listing and product meet all requirements prior to reinstatement.
If you run into additional issues with this, please share your case ID so I can work with you and our teams on providing next steps or a resolution. The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
