More a-z claims
Ive sold to this buyer 3 times without issue, opened a case
I uploaded tracking on dispatch
Tracking shows delivered
a-z claim said
“The customer claimed an issue with delivery for their order and the tracking information is either missing or invalid. valid tracking was required on this order.”
Not true
Appeal decision said “Why was my appeal denied?
We have reviewed all available information and determined you did not fulfill the order to address we have on file. All orders must be shipped to the address provided by Amazon”
Again not true as i say address was same on all 3 orders ive shipped to them
Sent message to them and they said this
We have reviewed the buyer’s claim and the information you provided for order 026.
Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision.
I dont understand how amazon can get away with this.
Ive just had another claim for non receipt, tracking shows delivered and buyer even left feedback thanking me for delivery. Im sure ill lost that appeal to.

For A-Z claims, amazon as it stands do not accept any tracking that doesn’t come with a signature. It’s unfair, but that is the current way the policy has been interpreted.

indeed hypocritical that they don’t use signatures for themselves.
also I havent signed for anything in years despite ordering shedloads from every courier

Even when you do provide signatures and gps proof they still deny the claims over and over.

Been dealing with too many a-z scams recently and finding them hard to appeal them too and with us selling high priced items we have been at a huge loss last month, is mentally tiring trying to sell and deal with amazon after all these years.
