Reese's Law UL4200A - Action needed by Amazon

I submitted all of the required compliant documents for ASIN : B07Z5NYRPK on or around 8/2/24 to meet the requirements for UL4200A (Reese’s Law)

This was rejected by Amazon on 8/12/24 saying a list of documents were missing, Case ID : 15760356651

On 8/12/24 I submitted additional photos of the product and product packaging. Also included was the following from the original submittal, General Certificate of Conformity, the Test Report from an ISO 17025 approved Lab, Battery Safety Instructions and the Image of Battery compartment.

I am still waiting for Amazon to review this latest submittal, it’s been over two weeks.

I have asked for the status of this case, but I am not getting any response for Seller Support.

Can someone look into this for me?

This was rejected by Amazon on 8/12/24 saying a list of documents were missing, Case ID : 15760356651

On 8/12/24 I submitted additional photos of the product and product packaging. Also included was the following from the original submittal, General Certificate of Conformity, the Test Report from an ISO 17025 approved Lab, Battery Safety Instructions and the Image of Battery compartment.

I am still waiting for Amazon to review this latest submittal, it’s been over two weeks.

I have asked for the status of this case, but I am not getting any response for Seller Support.

Can someone look into this for me?

Same problem here. Submitted all relevant docs; report from 17025 lab, pics of product and packaging, GCC, product lit, etc etc. I've been rejected 3 times without a reason. -They just send a form letter telling me to submit all of the above mentioned docs again. I could not be more frustrated, and there is no recourse. I've emailed Jeff. -No response. TUV SUD (my test lab provider) is at a loss as well. They've given me 2 additional versions of the report, expecting that they would have everything covered. Nope. Please let me know when/if you get approved, and what you think the problem was. Thanks
