Help Needed: Account Reactivation Appeal Rejected Multiple Times

Hi everyone,

I am seeking guidance regarding my deactivated seller account. My account was deactivated due to concerns about the authenticity of ASIN B077KX2KD8. I have submitted the following documents multiple times:

Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer (Sasa Demarle, Inc.) verifying the distributor (Catalist Group LLC).

Invoices from Catalist Group LLC showing the purchase of the products.

Proof of shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers and preparation photos.

Despite providing all this evidence, my appeals keep getting rejected with a response that my documentation is insufficient. I have no idea what additional information they require.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation? Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
