Customer contact me and not received item and tracking shows Package delayed in transit for this FBM order. Shipped on time and purchased AZ shipping label. Will AZ covers this kind an issue?

If the ship by date was no sooner than Feb 6, then yes, instruct the buyer to open an A-Z claim.
