Change tracking details for a FBA shipment
I sent in 6 packages to one FBA warehouse however our third party API software had a glitch and uploaded 2/6 wrong tracking numbers. Is there any way to change it because when we go in to change it via upload bulk tracking ids it gives arror "FBA box label IDs not valid. Review instructions in Step 2." We have tried everything to get it to go through and same error or similar ones. We did use 2D barcodes on the outside of each box.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help with this. You can change this and provide tracking information through Send to Amazon on the Track shipment tab of a shipment summary page in your shipment workflow.
