URGENT Appeal for REAL solution: Listing suppressed due to missing main image
Tried many times to update a main image but all failed. Submission status says completed but the listing is still inactive for over a week. Contated to the associate who confirmed the image meets standards with no error.
Seller support team has no answer for the problem all they did is asking me to WAIT another and anther 48hours.

Hi,
I had similar experience in the past and seller support team wasn't really helpful. Then i tried to update pictures on .com site and it worked on all marketplaces. I advise you if you have amazon.com seller account just vist there and try to update from there.

Ive had similar issue in the past. Updating from inventory page or file upload just does not work.
However, try using Menu - Catalogue - Upload Images
Follow the prompts and voila it worked for me.
