Need help closing European/UK accounts need to KEEP USA/Canada accounts

Have a very difficult time trying to close these European accounts. We didn't even want them and the UK account deactivated our USA account for address verification last week. We spent 10 days of lost revenue and loads of stress to get it activated and were instructed by account health specialist to close the European account once active. Well it is active now, but no way to close them??

After hours on the phone and numerous dead end seller support cases we still have no way of closing these troublesome European accounts?!? Can I please have amazon support to help close these accounts. I have been trying for days now with absolutely no luck.

From what you have shared so far, I see that you wish to close your European region stores and you would like guidance on how to do this successfully.

Typically, to close an account, you will have to complete the checklist below:

-Fulfill any outstanding orders.

-Wait 90 days after your last sale to ensure the A-to-z Guarantee claims period is honored.

-Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).

-Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.

-Confirm that your bank account information on file is up-to-date to receive a final payment.

-Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.

Please note: Accounts cannot be closed within 90 days of your last sale. This guarantees that the A-to-z Guarantee claim period is honored. If you have any open A-to-z Guarantee claims, your account must remain open until they're settled. Your account balance must be zero before your account can be closed.

After you have ensured the above steps have been completed- go to settings and click account info. In the account management section, click close account. Fill in all the required fields and click send to submit your request. We will then contact you for assistance. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been closed, or an email detailing why your account can't be closed at this time and additional steps required.
