How long are we expected to wait for a reply from Amazon?
I submitted a standard request - to list a product manufactured by a third party under my brand - with all the required documentation over 2 weeks ago. It is still showing as “pending a response from Amazon”. In the meantime I am losing sales!

It's not a delay in response it is now a standard Amazon response can take anything from 2 hours up to never.
If the case is live, you should get regular updates saying they are still working on it (I think we all know these are now just seller support triggers that get them around leaving your case on the shelf)
If your case gets to the transferred status then that pretty much means it has been forwarded to room 101.
