My shipment to Amazon warehouse was refused
Hi everyone,
Does anyone experience this issue before:-
I sent a shipment to Amazon FC and the box was being refused to receive then returned back to me. I thought there was problem in creating the shipment and deleted the old one, l created new one and sent it again, unfortunately the box was again refused to receive
I don’t know what is problem, l am paying shipment cost and the parcel is returned again and again without giving reason or any notification e-mail to know where the problem is coming!
I will really appreciate if anyone can help me.

How are you sending? With Royal Mail or an approved carrier?
What is the weight/size of the box?

Yes, l sent through Royal mail fist class (signature).
The weight was less than 5 kg
