An Asst P of Penn State initiated RETURN after 17 days of delivery and A to Z claim after 28 days for addition 14 days return period= Two mounts of Free Item
RETURN imitated after 17 days of delivery and A to Z claim made after 28 days for addition 14 days return period= Two months of Free Items
Return was made using Prepaid label so it was return at first scan
The item would be useless when it comes .
Cannot appeal since its a claim.
Even the highly paid display unethical and dishonest behavior

If Amazon grants a Claim in favor of a customer, you have 30 days to appeal and request a further investigation. Based on the results of the appeals investigation, Amazon will make a decision on whether to reverse the initial decision and reimburse you for the Claim incurred.
