Reviews not merging across child variants
Amazon refused to merge reviews across child variants even though that is the purpose of creating child variants and providing shared information to customers. Amazon indicates it is due to "this ASIN was originally a media GL category and is prohibited from sharing reviews due to suspected abuse. Due to this suspected abuse, the reviews will not be shared for this ASIN."
As I understand it, GL category is assigned by Amazon and therefore why should I not be able to appeal this. We also do not solicit fake reviews and we are insulted that Amazon is suggesting we are abusing it's policies.
Amazon can you please fix this?
