Customer Returns and Customer Comments

Hello, customers are writing to me privately and complaining about the product. They want a new product or a refund. I ask for a photo of the product or I ask them to send me the product. They do neither. One customer even cursed at me for asking for the product. Also, amazon sends me an automatic message to refund me. I think the customers are taking advantage of this because they want money without returning the product. They immediately leave a bad review to scare me. 3 customers have left bad reviews in this way. I contacted Amazon and there was no response. I report the customer to amazon and again there is no return. How should I act in this situation.

How you are filling the reports? If there is a bad review involved in this, you should follow the steps below:

  1. From the product detail page, find the review in question.
  2. Click the “Report abuse” link and follow the steps to report the review.
  3. You can also email community-help@amazon.com and report the review there (but know you’re not likely to get a reply from this alias, even if they take action).

For the inappropriate messages, you can report it following the instructions in the section "How do I report a message from buyer?" from the help page below:
