Message Widget Shows 30 Messages, but none can be Found

All of a sudden I am showing 10 Buyer Messages each in US, Canada, and Mexico. I don't even have a presence in Canada or Mexico. Yet when I click on the 10 message in US there are no messages to respond to. And when I click on the 10 messages in Canada, Amazon wants me to start listing in Canada, which I don't want to do. Luckily, I was able to back out of that disaster, but what is going on with Messages?

And why is the Forum message sending me a message that "This post may contain personal data. Please consider removing any personal data." Could someone show what personal data in is my original post?

you are lucky, mine is showing 976 messages but when I click none are to be found. Clearly a glitch, hopefully they'll sort it out before I get dinged for 976 late replies

I am seeing more than 6000+ messages. They all are blank sems some knid of glitch.

Same issue here... Dashboard showing 140 buyer messages - 10 for each marketplace... where there are actually zero.

Same issue. I kept looking and no messages to respond to. I saw that yesterday and it finally zero'd out but it's back today with more messages to respond to and say over 24hrs. I go around and around looking but no messages. Hopefully they fix it soon b/c it's driving me crazy seeing it!

Same here. Some already showing greater than 24 hours response rate but no messages found. Hopefully this doesn't go against any metrics.

This is likely related to the move to the new new messaging inbox. I cleared mine by going back to the legacy inbox and clearing "unread" messages.
