Listings searched suppressed with no explanation why
Since December I keep receiving emails saying my items have been seached suppressed and its due to the images. I sell canvas prints and I have followed the image criteria to a T, but still they keep getting search suppressed. Whats even more strange on one listing it has a variation of 8 different sizes to choose from, one of the sizes is showing but the other 7 have been suppressed due to the images yet all 8 have the same images!!! I am so confused and its really affecting me, I had 2000 listings last year now have 800 and I have sent 10 emails in the last couple of months to Amazon asking for help but I feel like I am getting a robotic response, same one every time - the image criteria - not one person is helping me, anyone else going through the same thing?

It comes up on and off.
All you can do is ensure that your images are compliant.
Check that the white background on them is actually white and not off white etc.
Use a slightly different image.
The problem is, that bots are picking these up and they have very strict criteria, which isn’t always right.

Having had a quick look at your storefront I can see a lot of your images have text on them.
When you go to https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/fixyourproducts it should tell you why the image has been suppressed.
I would think it is entirely possible it is being suppressed as Amazon think there is a watermark or text on your image. Yes you do have text
Sometimes the easiest way around this is to take a real life picture of the product

No despite editing images one listing has gone through 2 others got suppressed even though the images were done in the same way
