"Model number" suddenly needs to exactly match my product label. We made a typo when creating the listing many years ago. But now the model number field is locked. How can I update it?

I just wanted to stop by and share a post I made a few months ago about how to update detail pages here (editing the model number would apply here).
I have seen seller's escalate to Brand Registry support and be able to update the model number. Let us know if those troubleshooting steps work or feel free to reach back out if you have any questions regarding the process.
