It's part of the Unified Americas Account. It's standard for all sellers.
Just put the unwanted marketplaces on Vacation, and make sure that you have no listings there.
But:
DO NOT ASK AMAZON TO REMOVE OR CLOSE THESE MARKETPLACES!!!!!!! JUST IGNORE THEM!
If you so much as ASK Amazon about them, they will close your entire account.
