Hopefully with something of that value you sent it rather more than just 'signed for' ?, and with compensation up to the full value ?

File a criminal fraud complaint against buyer and also mentioned amazon as well in it.

You can take legal action against Amazon, as long as you have proof of delivery as you state.

Ask RM to check if the name of the person signing has signed for previous parcels.

Since Covid, often the Signature is the Postman/woman.

Have you checked the photo? showing the same house as shown on Google Streetview?

GPS location exactly at the Buyers house, could it be with a neighbour?

If not exact, then prove to RM and ask the to go back, or pay the claim.

Screenshots are best, use as part of any Appeal as well. Include Link to RM Website as well as proof of delivery.

Which service was used?

Was Buy Shipping used?

What type of item, ASIN?

If you have all the proofs, then as you say Amazon are to blame.

Unfortunately, Amazon do not care about your health or anything. You are best off accepting that they do not care at all about Sellers, once you accept they hate everyone equally, it makes life easier!

I will say though, generally Amazon are abroad, probably like you, English is not their first language, so you need to make it VERY EASY for them to understand.

Bullet points, short paragraphs, very clear for them. A long paragraph as you have done here, is very hard to understand, and they will give up trying to make sense of it.

Screenshots with a VERY SHORT explanation of each thing. A-Z Claims will also be looking for details of the type of thing I asked.

If not very clear to them, they will accept the Buyers story and reject the A-Z Claim.

been trough all the steps before.... £250 is still a small amount according to the law, u won't be able to do anything with such low money.... Loool if u think Amazon gives a F***, that's your mistake.... my advice save that buyers name for the future, and move on, otherwise ur gonna waste ur time.... I once had a person order 20 units .... then complained that I am selling fakes, he returned another unit which wasn't mine... Amazon gave him full refund and closed my account for a few weeks, until I had to proof all of the Gloves were authentic..... tried taking legal action....guess what.... nothing happened.... funny enough the guy tried to buy again, I cancelled the order....
