I’m currently having issues with EVRI. In the past month, they have lost six of my parcels, and unfortunately, I haven't received any support from them, no reimbusement was offered to me. Their service for returning parcels has been completely inadequate which is very upsetting.
I requested Amazon to provide return labels from Royal Mail or another postal services to my customers for returns instead of EVRI, but their response was that it's up to the customer to choose the return shipping company. I'm not sure what to do next.
Should I report this issue to senior management at EVRI? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

considering the system Amazon and Evri have put together hasn’t worked for a year or so it would appear amazon and Evri don’t want to fix it.
I’d say you’d be better off doing a letter before axion to Evri at this point as you have evidence they invoices you for the labels and evidence they lost the parcels.

Have they provided you with a reason of why they are refusing to support you with the claims?
For items lost, you must raise the claim directly with Evri, following the steps outlined below:
You are to contact Evri via Evri Holly Chatbot to raise a claim for an order that was lost during transit and purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping by Evri.
- You must state that you would like to raise a claim for an order purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping.
- You must provide your Evri tracking number and a brief description of your enquiry.
- Evri will launch an investigation and respond within 24 hours.
- Upon completion of the investigation, in the event that it has been deemed lost, Evri will issue a lost claim form.
- You have to provide a copy of your proof of purchase label in order to process the claim. Evri will also request your email address to issue the claims form and bank details in order to process the refund.
- Upon receipt of the lost claim form, Evri will aim to process the refund within 28 days of receipt.
