MY BALANCE IS NOT SHOWING CORRECT !
Hello,
Almost 2 weeks ago i made huge sales on one of my order and it was £3100. However this amount did not top up my current balance still and it does not show at all transactions section. I can see all my other orders and i sent this order to buyer and it has been delivered 1 week ago. Why is that happening and what i need to do ? I opened case several times but Amazon keeps sending me autoamted message...

Is it a business buyer paying on invoice and the payment has been deferred until the invoice is paid?
On your payment screen it shows your Deferred Orders total does this match the net proceeds from your sale?
