SKU NUmber? I made a listing with customization, I am brand new and it dissapeared after hit review and submit.

At the end of the first time I put it in, it said it will let me know when approved, never received any kind of communication from Amazon, setting up the custom options was kind of difficult of me and not sure where I went wrong but lost the listing from my draft listings now. Any ideas on how to recover it? I wouldn't think they would delete it just because something ws wrong or missing? I am very new to all this so not sure how SKU, Product and ASIN etc work, still very much learning. Any advice is appreciated. Thank You!

Hi Christy (@Seller_ivFqeEZuzaBXz),

It sounds like you're dealing with a couple of issues related to your custom listing. Here's what might have happened and how you can address it:

1. Draft Listings: If your listing was saved as a draft, it might still be there but not visible in the active listings. You can check your drafts by going to the "Complete Your Drafts" section under the Catalog menu. Drafts are saved until you provide missing data or correct any invalid data. You can edit and resubmit them from there (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G202078860).

2. Amazon Custom Registration: Ensure that you are registered for Amazon Custom. If you aren't, you won't be able to create custom listings. You can register through the Amazon Custom page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/201757520).

3. SKU Understanding: A SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a unique identifier for each of your products. It's important to have a unique SKU for each product you list. Once a SKU is created, it cannot be changed, but you can update the product details associated with it (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G34151).

4. Customization Settings: Make sure that customization is enabled for your product. You can do this by going to the product details tab and selecting "Yes" for customization. If you don't see this option, it might mean you're not registered for Amazon Custom (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G202124210).

If you still can't find your listing, consider reaching out to Amazon Seller Support for further assistance. They can help you locate your draft or identify any issues with your listing.

Best of luck with your new venture!

Best regards, Michael
