Has anyone else received the email below indicating their emergency contact information is not verified?

Clicking on the link shows it is all verified so not sure what else I need to do.

Does this mean I am not eligible for Account Health Assurance?

Hopefully, the email was replicated in your seller central and clicking the link did not ask you to log in.

I may be overcautious, but I make it a rule not to click on links, unless I am expecting the email and am absolutely sure it is genuine.

If you are not certain, based on the above, I would change your password on Seller Central, first making sure the URL is the correct one https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/ with no characters different, e.g. selercentral, etc.

Got the same a couple of days ago, i just ignored it. Likewise everything was showing as verifyed.

I got the email and my settings showed that my email was ok but my mobile number needed to be varified.

The number that was showing was in fact the correct number and had not been changed in 11 years. Give the total mess up around my bank account not being varified and the knock on effects of that......I still, 5 weeks on, await any update from SS regarding that...... I updated my contact number.

If in any doubt at all I would contact SS to confirm if you need to update anything.
