Cost to Ship using Amazon Resouces for UPS
My question is a simple one. Why are the costs to ship using Amazon Buy shipping with UPS so high? We would use your service but we find the label cost is twice or more what we pay through a shipping website (that has no membership fee). I would have thought that with Amazon's buying power, the rates Amazon could negotiate would at least be on par with what even a small business can get on its own. We all obviously prefer to deliver the best landed cost to the buyer but we've found your Amazon Buy Shipping program cost prohibitive. My question is simple as I mentioned, why doesn't Amazon compare rates and negotiate with UPS a similar kind of volume discount?
