Brand Registry Applications Rejected
Hello everyone,
I have applied for the brand registry but received a rejection many times within the last month. I can't submit an appeal for some reason so I'm looking for help here. I've talked to the support team, and they have told me that my application was rejected during the review stage and didn't even get to the Brand Registry team. I followed all the guidelines and videos from Amazon Seller University. Is anyone able to assist me with this issue? I'm struggling to reach someone from Amazon to understand why it's being rejected.
My recent Case ID that has been rejected is # 15881612431
Message from the Amazon team:
Why did this happen? This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons:
a) your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;
b) your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,
c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification,
d) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging;
e) you have a selling account that is de-activated, or f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below).

My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team here on forums.
I looked into your case and trademark details and noticed that you have 0 - UNKNOWN MARK DRAWING TYPE for your mark type.
When looking at the enrollment guidelines for the US, under Trademark type, 0 is not accepted for Brand registry.
I suggest you to work with your attorney or USPTO to see if they can update this to the correct format. Once you have done this, please reapply and use the Brand Registry Application Guide for more info!
