Our Account was charged $979.95 as "Other" with NO Explanation

Hello,

On September 17, 2024, our account was suddenly hit with a charge of $979.95 for "Other". We opened a case which was referred to the "concerned team", but haven't heard anything in the past 7 days. Since we are relatively small sellers, this is a significant amount and we have no idea what this could be for - it must be a mistake. How can Amazon possibly charge such an amount without so much as an explanation?

@Connor_Amazon - I've seen you help some other sellers. Can you help out here?

I am in same bot. for last three cycles. 2749$ then 600$ and 1200$ so far in current cycle and no one is responding

Where is it "under"? We use FBA, and two culprits that are contributing to the "other fee" are the return service fee and/or pick and pack fees (I think they changed to some other names nowadays).

You using FBA? They create lots of cute fees, FBM is alot cheaper and you have control over your inventory and shipping speed.

Thats the issue. Just like with the fraudulent shipping adjustments (and this might be one of those things). Literally thousands of sellers have complained and all that happens is gaslighting and blaming them for putting the wrong info in. These things need to be handled correctly at the top. Amazons leadership has continually failed sellers through bad policies and inaction. Honestly, the forums section should all but go away because they should have so few issues that sellers shouldn't have to even come here. They should be focusing on other areas of their business
