"https://sellercentral.amazon.com/meld/mons-api/GetFirstStep?stck=NA" The URL returns the error response "Invalid request URL from client. The request URL is not well formed."

I don't know what the problem is, can you help me with this

What is the request from client? If a buyer has sent a link -- do not click on the link. If the buyer sent no text or explanation other than that link, just mark as no response needed.
