FBA Inventory

Everyday Amazon keeps finding inventory and returning it too me. The problem is, I have not been selling on FBA for over a year now. Of course I cannot resell it.

In my opinion, they need to eat the price of these and throw them away.

But I have six items that have been stuck under Remove Unfulfillable Inventory. These six items were damaged by the warehouse.

If I understand correctly they should be removed so I am not showing any inventory under this heading.

After waiting for six months I submitted a case. I knew I was wasting my time.

Case # 15649223211 is where they explained to me that they have been reimbursed already. Great. Take them down.

After going back and forth several times I gave up.

Perhaps I can try again next year and get this issue resolved,

By the way, the keep sending me emails telling me my FBA inventory is low. No kidding. I stopped sending inventory to FBA, and went FBM when they claimed I sent up three empty boxes even though I had the UPS receipts showing the actual weight. Would not reimburse me for the lost items.
