Amazon's A.I., source of All Evil : 3rd party sellers losing money getting stolen !

I don't know what to say other then it's clear amazon's A.I. system is made to work against 3rd party sellers !

A customer that used A-to-Z claim gave an evidence of Amazon contacting customers in our back to tell customers what to do to get their money back, and steal money from 3rd party sellers with amazon's approval !

I will put a screenshot of the A-to-Z claim. Here's a copy of what the customer wrote in his A-to-Z claim to get his money back

"Customer comments: Have been waiting for package to arrive. Noticed packaged has switched to delivered December 15th . Contacted seller yesterday . Seller provided photos of package being placed in my mail box . My wife does not work . If she wasn't home it would not have been for very long . The package has not been received by myself or my wife . I believe my package was stolen . During the contact the seller conversation a notification came up to inquire about Amazon's a-z package policy . I am following the instructions right now . My package was stolen ."

Other than losing another 48$ to an " honest customer", what is clear is that amazon A.I. is reading all communications between sellers and customers. In this case, even if amazon knew it was delivered because we used one of the approuved shipping company, they sent a message to that customer, suggesting him about their A-to-Z guarantee protection and the rest is history .

It is a crazy situation where a 3rd party sellers, is responsible of the product if it's being stolen once on or in a customer's property.

Why 3rd party sellers would be responsible for customers contacting them 18 days after the delivery when that customer received messages and sms from amazon and the shipping company saying to him on December 15th,2024, that his package was delivered. That customer neglected his customer's obligations of tracking his own order and reading his messages. He neglected his own task of going to his mailbox to pick up his package, and/or neglected to contact us on december 16th, if he did not know where the package was left ?

In the end, 3rd party sellers always takes the hit and amazon built their system this way to help their customers to get their money back whatever whenever ! The customer don't need to insure their homes because 3rd party sellers will pay for any product stolen on or in their property 90 days after the last delivery estimation date ! Even if the customer clearly stated that his package was stolen after the delivery employee did his job and acknowledge that they have receive the package , the customer can still can be refunded by amazon !

You had better believe that if this was shipped and sold by Amazon.ca the claims would be handled *very* differently

Dear Amazon Support Team,I am deeply dissatisfied with the resolution provided regarding the delayed shipment due to the Canada Post strike. Despite the refund being issued to the buyer, they have now received the product but are not responding to my attempts to recover payment or facilitate a return. This situation has unfairly impacted me as a seller, as I have essentially been forced to give away my product at no cost to the buyer.I rented and shipped the product in good faith, and due to circumstances beyond my control (i.e., the Canada Post strike), the delay occurred. It is unfair that sellers are left bearing the cost while buyers receive free products, with no accountability enforced.I would like clarification on Amazon’s policy regarding such cases. Specifically f a buyer refuses to pay or return the product after a refund has been granted due to a delay, what protection does Amazon offer sellers?Does Amazon provide compensation to sellers in cases where buyers exploit the system by receiving both a refund and the product? If no resolution is provided, I may be compelled to seek legal recourse, as this situation has resulted in a significant financial loss caused by Amazon’s refund policy being exploited.I look forward to your prompt response.
