Shipments to RDU4 just being arbitrarily neglected due to the incompetence of FC personnel
As advised by an Amazon Moderator, Im once again opening a new discussion over the shipping goods to Amazons RDU4 fulfillment Center and the extreme lack of service and competence from the workers at this FC.
On July 3 2024 I sent a pallet full of goods to RDU4 via AAA COOPER (ID: FBA185DK5HHR - ARN: 30087228961), which arrived at the Amazon warehouse on July 10 2024 (SEE ATTACHMENT) stating "CUSTOM CLEARING DELAY" needless to say, Its the first time I've encountered a situation where shipping GROUND from Florida to North Carolina requires "Custom Clearing" ... is this new? does crossing State lines requires going through Customs? who would've known!
Now it is the beginning of September and all the products being replenish are showing as "out of stock", and we have paid high shipping costs for this batch of goods! Needles to say, we have contacted Selling Partner Support yet WITH NO LUCK for their response have been to wait until the case comes to a "close" forth to be able to conduct an investigation however, for this I will have to wait until NOVEMBER 2, 2024! Preposterous.... awaiting 120 days for an investigation over a 635 pound / 66.66 cubic feet pallet full with 180 units of perishable items! That happens to be misplaced in a warehouse
Usually, the shipment can be investigated half a month after receiving it, but I don't know why this shipment has to wait for more than 3 months?
If it was up to me, I wouldn't send any more Items to RDU4 yet as Sellers, This is not a sedition we can make... we are forced to abide to wherever FC Amazon assign when programing a shipment.
Once again this is my third (3) forum discussion for the past two had been closed as the thread seemed somehow to be old... Lets see, if as they say... "third time is a charm" yet with Amazon being Amazon I seriously doubt it.

Hi @Seller_4hfyZAugOmABm,
Dominic from Amazon here, I took a look at the shipment and I can see it is currently receiving, 48 out of 180 units have been received. I understand you are concerned about the customs clearance process I can reach out to our internal team and provide this feedback.
Please let me know what specific support you would like and I can see if this is something we can escalate.
Best,
Dominic
